Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan Kepuasan Kerja Dengan Intensi Turnover Pada Guru Di Sekolah Nur Ihsan Islamic Full Day School Medan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru Sekolah Nur Ihsan Day School Medan yang berjumlah 68 orang pegawai, dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 68 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Kepuasan Kerja dan skala Intensi Turnover yang diukur dengan menggunakan bentuk skala Likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik Korelasi Product Moment. Dimana hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai yang signifikasi dengan korelasi p= 0,000 < 0,05, artinya ada hubungan negatif antara Kepuasan Kerja dengan Intensi Turnover pada Guru Di Sekolah Nur Ihsan Islamic Full Day School Medan. Dengan koefisien determinan (r2) sebesar 0,413 atau 41,3%.Dengan kata lain, hipotesis dapat diterima. Variabel kepuasan kerja tergolong rendah dengan (mean empirik= 62,91 > dan mean hipotetik= 75 dimana selisih nya lebih dari bilang SD= 8,29), dan untuk variabel intensi turnover tergolong tinggi dengan (mean empirik= 78,69 > dan mean hipotetik= 65 dimana selisihnya lebih dari bilangan SD= 13,4). This study aims to see correlation between Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intentions in Teachers at Nur Ihsan Islamic Full Day School Medan. The population of this study was all teacher of Nur Ihsan Day School Medan which amounted to 68 employees, and the sample in this study was 68 respondents. The sampling technique uses Total Sampling. This research method use quantitative methods. Data collection use the Job Satisfaction scale and the Turnover Intention scale which was measured using the Likert scale form. The data analysis technique uses the Product Moment Correlation technique. Where the results showed a signification value with a correlation of p = 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is a negative relationship between Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intentions in Teachers at Nur Ihsan Islamic Full Day School Medan. With a determinant coefficient (r2) of 0.413 or 41,3%. In other words, the hypothesis is acceptable. The job satisfaction variable is relatively low with (empirical mean= 62,91 > and hypothetical mean= 75 where the difference is more than say SD= 8,29), and for variable turnover intention is classified as high with (empirical mean= 78,69 > and hypothetical mean= 65 where the difference is more than the number SD= 13,4).
