This quantitative research with descriptive analytical research design verification explains the influence of computer self-efficacy, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on the use of SIMRS by nurses at RSU Haji Medan. The sampling technique of probability sampling is the Cluster Sampling type as many as 60 samples of nurses from a total population of 204 nurses in inpatient, outpatient and emergency department installations. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis, t test to determine the effect between variables partially, and F test to determine the effect between variables simultaneously. The study was carried out from April to June 2021 with the results of the study finding that the computer self-efficacy variable had no partial effect on the utilization of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) and was proven by the results of the acquisition of a significance value of 0.630 (> 0.05) and t count -0.484 (<1.673). Meanwhile, the variables perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive effect on the use of SIMRS. The results of the F test analysis prove that there is an influence between computer self-efficacy, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use simultaneously on the utilization of SIMRS with the results obtained that the value of p = 0.000 (<0.05), while the correlation coefficient value is 0.674. With these results, it is hoped that nurses will realize the benefits and convenience of SIMRS to improve services
