Abstract: This study aims to look at the relationship between job satisfaction an cyberloafing minor behavior. The research subjects invloved 40 of employees the West Medan Camat Office. Sampling is done by Total Sampling technique. And data collection is done using a job satisfaction scale and a cyberloafing minor behavior scale. Data were analysis r Product Moment. Based on data analysis obtained that the hypothesis proposed in this study was accepted. This can be proven by data analysis which shows that there is a relationship between job satisfaction and cyberloafing minor behavior ( = 0,685, with p = 0,000 < 0,05), which means that the hypothesis is accepted, namely there is a relationship between job satisfaction and cyberloafing minor behavior. The contribution of job satisfaction variables to cyberloafing minor behavior was 47% while the remaining 53% was determined by others factors which were not examined in this study. Description: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan perilaku minor cyberloafing. Subjek penelitian melibatkan 40 Pegawai Kantor Camat Medan Barat. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling. Dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala kepuasan kerja dan skala perilaku minor cyberloafing. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan r Product Moment. Berdasarkan analisis data yang diperoleh bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan analisis data yang menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan perilaku minor cyberloafing ( = 0,685, dengan p = 0,000 < 0,05 ), yang artinya Hipotesis diterima, yaitu ada hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan perilaku minor cyberloafing. Sumbangan variabel kepuasan kerja terhadap perilaku minor cyberloafing adalah sebesar 47% sedangkan sisanya 53% ditentukan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang dalam penelitian ini tidak diteliti. Kepuasan kerja pegawai Kantor Camat Medan Barat diketahui tergolong sedang dan perilaku minor cyberloafing tergolong sedang.
