Abstract: English : The Research "Effectiveness Test of Gamal Leaves (Gliricidia maculata) Extract as a Biofungicide on Pathogenic Fungus Colletothricum capsici, Fusarium oxysporum and Cercospora capsici Cause of Disease in Red Chili Plants (Capsicum annum L.) In-Vitro" aimed to determine the effectiveness of Gamal leaves (Gliricidia maculata) extract as a biofungicide on pathogenic fungus Colletotrichum capsici, Fusarium oxysporum, and Cercospora capsici cause of disease in red pepper plants (Capsicum annum L.). This study used Non Factorial Complete Random Design (RAL Non Factorial) with 3 replications. Treatment factors of Gamal leaves extract concentration are ED0 = negative control (without treatment); ED1 = Positive control (0.2% synthetic fungicide); ED2 = 10% Gamal leaves extract; ED3 = 20% Gamal leaves extract; ED4 = 30% Gamal leaves extract; ED5 = 40% Gamal leaves extract; ED6 = 50% Gamal leaves extract; ED7 = 60% Gamal leaves extract; ED8 = 70% Gamal leaves extract; ED9 = 80% Gamal leaves extract; ED10 = 90% Gamal leaves extract; ED11 = 100% Gamal leaves extract. The results of research on Gamal leaves extract (Gliricidia maculata) were effective for controlling pathogenic fungi (Colletotrichum capsici, Fusarium oxysporum and Cercospora capsici). At ED3 concentration = 20% Gamal leaves extract, the highest inhibitory percentage of Colletotrichum capsici was 82.49%, at ED5 concentration = 40% Gamal leaves extract obtained the highest inhibition percentage of Fusarium oxysporum was 84.67% and ED5 concentration = Gamal leaves extract 40 % obtained the highest inhibition percentage of Cercospora capsici is 87.73%. The concentration of 20% Gamal leaves extract and 40% of the inhibition of each fungus was equivalent to the Benlox 50 WP synthetic fungicide.
Mandarin abstract: YOGI PRANATA NPM 14.821.0120。研究“测试辣椒叶提取物(Gliricidia maculata)作为生物杀菌剂对病原真菌的作用,对辣椒炭疽病菌,尖孢镰刀菌和辣椒尾孢菌的病原体的影响红辣椒植株(Capsicum annum L.)体外”指的是影响红色的有效性作为红辣椒植物(Capsicum annum L.)病原真菌(Colletotrichum capsici,Fusarium oxysporum和Cercospora capsici)的病原真菌的生物杀菌剂,以得到的叶子提取物(Gliricidia maculata)。本研究使用非因子完全随机设计(RAL Non Factorial),重复3次。处理因子的叶片提取物浓度为ED0 =阴性对照(未经处理); ED1 =阳性对照(0.2%合成杀真菌剂); ED2 = 10%的叶子提取物; ED3 = 20%的叶子提取物; ED4 = 30%的叶子提取物; ED5 = 40%的叶子提取物; ED6 = 50%的叶子提取物; ED7 = 60%的叶子提取物; ED8 = 70%的叶子提取物; ED9 = 80%的叶子提取物; ED10 = 90%的叶子提取物; ED11 = 100%的叶子提取物。对于叶子提取物(Gliricidia maculata)的研究结果对于控制病原真菌(Colletotrichum capsici,Fusarium oxysporum和Cercospora capsici)是有效的。在ED3浓度= 20%的叶片提取物中,辣椒炭疽病菌的最高抑制率为82.49%,在ED5浓度= 40%时,获得的最佳叶片提取物的尖孢镰刀菌抑制率最高为84.67%,ED5浓度为最高叶片提取物的40%获得最高的辣椒尾孢菌抑制率为87.73%。 20%gamal叶提取物的浓度和每种真菌抑制的40%相当于Benlox 50 WP合成杀真菌剂。
Japan Abstract : 本研究はトウガラシ植物の病気を引き起こす真菌病原体(Colletotrichum capsici、Fusarium oxysporum、Cercospora capsici)に対するバイオ殺菌剤としての「Gliricidia maculata」抽出物の有効性を判断することを目的としている。研究では、3つの複製を含む非要因完全完全ランダム化設計(RAL非要因)を使用する。ガマル葉抽出物の濃度の処理係数は、ED0 =陰性対照(処理なし)である。 ED1 =陽性対照(合成殺菌剤0.2%); ED2 = 10%ガマル葉エキス; ED3 = 20%ガマル葉エキス; ED4 = 30%ガマル葉エキス; ED5 = 40%ガマル葉エキス; ED6 = 50%ガマル葉エキス; ED7 = 60%ガマル葉エキス; ED8 =ガマル葉エキス70%; ED9 = 80%ガマル葉エキス; ED10 = 90%ガマル葉エキス; ED11 = 100%ガマル葉エキスである。結果は、「Gliricidia maculata」抽出物は、病原菌の抑制に効果的である。ED3濃度= 20%のガマル葉抽出物では、「Colletotrichum capsici」の阻害の最高割合は82.49%である。 ED5 = 40%のガマル葉抽出物で、「Fusarium oxysporum」の最も高い阻害率は84.67%である。ED5濃度=ガマル葉抽出物40%で、 「Cercospora capsici」の最高阻害率は87.73%である。各抑制からの20%および40%のガマル葉抽出物の濃度は、合成殺菌剤Benlox 50 WPと同等である
Description: Penelitian “Uji Efektivitas Ekstrak Daun Gamal (Gliricidia maculata) Sebagai Biofungisida Terhadap Cendawan Patogen Colletothricum capsici, Fusarium oxysporum dan Cercospora capsici Penyebab Penyakit Pada Tanaman Cabai Merah (Capsicum annum L.) Secara In-Vitro” bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan dari ekstrak daun gamal (Gliricidia maculata) sebagai biofungisida terhadap cendawan patogen (Colletotrichum capsici, Fusarium oxysporum dan Cercospora capsici) penyebab penyakit pada tanaman cabai merah (Capsicum annum L.). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap Non Faktorial (RAL Non Faktorial) dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor perlakuan konsentrasi ekstrak daun gamal yaitu ED0 = Kontrol negatif (tanpa perlakuan); ED1 = Kontrol positif (fungisida sintetis 0,2%); ED2 = ekstrak daun gamal 10%; ED3 = ekstrak daun gamal 20%; ED4 = ekstrak daun gamal 30%; ED5 = ekstrak daun gamal 40%; ED6 = ekstrak daun gamal 50%; ED7 = ekstrak daun gamal 60%; ED8 = ekstrak daun gamal 70%; ED9 = ekstrak daun gamal 80%; ED10 = ekstrak daun gamal 90%; ED11 = ekstrak daun gamal 100%. Hasil penelitian ekstrak daun gamal (Gliricidia maculata) efektif untuk mengendalikan cendawan patogen (Colletotrichum capsici, Fusarium oxysporum dan Cercospora capsici). Pada konsentrasi ED3 = ekstrak daun gamal 20% didapat persentase penghambatan tertinggi Colletotrichum capsici adalah 82,49%, pada konsentrasi ED5 = ekstrak daun gamal 40% didapat persentase penghambatan tertinggi Fusarium oxysporum adalah 84,67% dan pada konsentrasi ED5 = ekstrak daun gamal 40% didapat persentase penghambatan tertinggi Cercospora capsici adalah 87,73%. Konsentrasi ekstrak daun gamal 20% dan 40% dari penghambatan masing-masing jamur setara dengan fungisida sintetis Benlox 50 WP.
