Pengaruh Stress Kerja dan Lama Kerja Terhadap Tingkat Kelelahan Karyawan di PT. Zaitun Indo Citra Perkasa Medan

Abstract

This study aims to determine To know there is a positive influence of stress factors and length of work simultaneously to the fatigue of employees in PT. Zaitun indo Citra Perkasa. The type of data used in this study is associative, ie a study is asking the causal relationship between two variables. Population used in this research is employees of PT. Zaitunindo Citra Perkasa is 35 people. Techniques of data collection in the form of distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Zaitun indo Citra Perkasa. Data analysis technique using validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, statistic test by using multiple linear analysis model. From the results of the discussion in the previous section can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between work stress variable to the dependent variable employee fatigue level with probability value 0.013 <0.05. Further obtained also that there is a positive and significant influence between the free variable of long work on the fatigue level of employees of PT. Olive Indo Citra Perkasa with probability value of 0,033 <0,05. Then the regression coefficient obtained is 0.651 (65.1%). So it can be said that the independent variables of work stress and length of work on this model explain the level of employee fatigue of 65.1%. While the rest of 34.9% influenced by other variables outside this research model.
