Abstract: At present, the toll road has an important role to serve traffic flow, especially in big cities such as Medan. causes of congestion on road tolls is the existence of a current of arrival and departure currents at certain times, the current arrival greater than that due to the departure by the level of service that low and the number of server that less at toll gate that resulted in a queue at the occurrence of toll gate. This research aims to understand long queue. This research using a queue FIFO discipline and data collection method related agencies management of the freeway and data From the results of the analysis and the toll gate Tanjung Morawa still able to accommodate the number of vehicles, it can be seen from the discipline queue FIFO using the service of 7,8 seconds and the results of the survey found the 7,4 seconds and arrivals 1381vehicles hours at entrance gate. And then the service of exit gate is 11,7 seconds and the result of the survey found 14 seconds with departure 1531 vehicles hours, based on the time service information service showed that the less than the Standard services Minimum are 11,7 seconds and obtained from a number of newcomers were at a tollgate, the number is less than the Standard services Minimum.
Description: Pada masa sekarang, jalan tol sangat berperan terhadap kelancaran arus lalu lintas, terutama di kota-kota besar seperti Medan,. penyebab kemacetan pada jalan tol adalah adanya arus kedatangan dan arus keberangkatan pada jam tertentu, yang dikarenakan oleh tingkat pelayanan yang rendah dan jumlah server yang terbatas sehingga mengakibatkan terjadinya antrian pada pintu tol. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui waktu pelayanan, tingkat kedatangan kendaraan, dan antrian. Penelitian ini menggunakan disiplin antrian FIFO dan metode pengumpulan data-data terkait dari instansi pengelola jalan tol dan data lapangan. Hasil analisa kinerja dan pelayanan gerbang tol Tanjung Morawa masih mampu menampung jumlah kendaraan, dilihat dari perhitungan yang menggunakan waktu pelayanan 7,8 detik dan hasil survey didapat waktu pelayanan 7,4 detik pada gerbang tol masuk dengan jumlah kedatangan 1381 kendaraan/jam. dan gerbang tol keluar dilihat dari perhitungan 11,7 detik dan hasil survey di dapat 14 detik, menunjukkan bahwa waktu pelayanan dibawah dari nilai Standar Pelayanan Minimum yaitu 11,7 detik. Dengan jumlah kedatangan adalah 1532 kendaraan/jam di gardu keluar, jumlah ini dibawah dari nilai Standar Pelayanan Minimum.
