Rekrutmen Calon Legislatif 2014-2019 (Studi pada DPD Partai Keadilan Sejahtera Kota Medan)

Abstract

Political party as an organization that was instrumental in print quality and insightful leaders nationwide. The leader of this quality is not only oriented to the interests of the political parties represented. This research aims to know the process of recruitment of prospective candidates of members of the legislature on the DPD PKS Medan city. As well as to find out the factors that inhibit the recruitment process in the prospective candidates in the legislative members of the DPD PKS Medan city by 2014. This research uses qualitative research methods. Based on the data analysis is done, the process of networking existing legislative candidates on the prosperous Justice Party elected to the city of Medan in advance by means of disseminating directly only to the internal members of the party. It is a given that the source of the prosperous Justice party legislative candidates are only sourced from internal party only. However, to be able to improve the quality of legislative candidates, the prosperous Justice Party is a good idea to make changes in terms of requirements.
