Penyelesaian Sengketa Tanah Hak Guna Usaha PT. Emha Dengan Kelompok Tani Sekar Rukun di Kecamatan Sei Suka Kabupaten Batubara

Abstract

Problems of land in North Sumatra, including dispute that very much happens. This land problem often motivated unclear ownership and status of land rights that exist in North Sumatra. Similarly experienced by villagers Simodong Sei Suka District of Coal.This problem stems from a government policy Coal County at that time as a district Parent on distribution of land to the public (farmers group Sekar Pillars) on plantation land concessions that have expired. Village Community Simodong given rations for concessions covering an area of 25.97 hectares of plantation land through land reform policy.
