Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media tanaman dan dosis media tanaman terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman nilam pada proses aklimatisasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni sampai Agustus 2023. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Non Faktorial, dengan perlakuan media tanam yaitu : A0 = Kontrol (Tanah Topsoil + Cocopeat + Arang Sekam); A1 = Tanah Topsoil + Cocopeat + Tanah Humus (1:1:1); A2 = Tanah Topsoil + Cocopeat + Tanah Humus (1:1:½); A3 Tanah Topsoil + Cocopeat + Tanah Humus (1: ½ : 1); A4 = Tanah Topsoil + Cocopeat Pupuk Kandang Kambing (1:1:1); A5 = Tanah Topsoil + Cocopeat + Pupuk Kandang Kambing (1:1: ½); A6 = Tanah Topsoil + Cocopeat + Pupuk Kandang Kambing (1: ½:1); A7 = Tanah Topsoil + Cocopeat + Pasir Malang (1:1:1); A8 = Tanah Topsoil + Cocopeat + Pasir Malang (1:1: ½); A9 = Tanah Topsoil + Cocopeat + Pasir Malang (1: ½:1) masing – masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 (tiga) kali. Parameter yang diamati adalah Tinggi Tanaman, Jumlah Daun, Lebar Daun, Diameter Batang dan Panjang Akar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi perlakuan media tanam berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter pengamatan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun selama 3 MST sampai dengan 10 MST dan parameter pengamatan lebar daun selama 3 MST sampai dengan 8 MST. Sedangkan parameter pengamatan diameter batang dan panjang akar tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua perlakuan kombinasi media tanam. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of plant media and the comparison of the best plant media doses on the growth of patchouli plants during the acclimatization process. This research was carried out from June to August 2023. The method used in this research was a Non-Factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD), with planting media treatments namely: A0 = Control (Topsoil + Cocopeat + Charcoal Husk); A1 = Topsoil + Cocopeat + Humus Soil (1:1:1); A2 = Topsoil + Cocopeat + Humus Soil (1:1:½); A3 Topsoil + Cocopeat + Humus Soil (1: ½ : 1); A4 = Topsoil + Cocopeat Goat Manure (1:1:1); A5 = Topsoil + Cocopeat + Goat Manure (1:1: ½); A6 = Topsoil + Cocopeat + Goat Manure (1: ½:1); A7 = Topsoil + Cocopeat + Malang Sand (1:1:1); A8 = Topsoil + Cocopeat + Malang Sand (1:1: ½); A9 = Topsoil + Cocopeat + Malang Sand (1: ½:1) each treatment was repeated 3 (three) times. The parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, stem diameter and root length. The results of this study showed that the combination of planting media treatments had a significant effect on the observation parameters of plant height, number of leaves for 3 WAP to 10 WAP and observation parameters of leaf width for 3 WAP to 8 WAP. Meanwhile, the observation parameters of stem diameter and root length did not have a significant effect on all planting media combination treatments.
