dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara komunikasi organisasi dengan motivasi kerja pada pegawai PT. Bank Sumut KC Binjai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 75 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling yaitu seluruh pegawai. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya korelasi dengan 0,551 p < 0.000, artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara komunikasi organisasi dengan motivasi kerja pada pegawai. Adapun koefisien determinasi dari korelasi tersebut sebesar r2= 0,304 artinya komunikasi organisasi memberikan sumbangan efektif terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 30,4% sedangkan sisanya ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang mempengaruhi yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Selanjutnya dilihat dari perhitungan komunikasi organisasi dalam penelitian ini mean hipotetik = 70 < mean empirik = 96,51 dalam kategori tinggi. Begitupula dengan Motivasi Kerja dalam penelitian ini juga tergolong tinggi dari hasil perhitungan mean hipotetik = 90 < mean empirik = 122,77. This research aims to determine the influence between organizational communication and work motivation in PT employees. Bank Sumut KC Binjai. This research uses quantitative approach method. The subjects in this research were 75 employees. Technique Sampling used the total sampling method, namely all employees. Analysis data using simple linear regression. The research results show that there is correlation with 0.551 p < 0.000, meaning there is a significant influence between communication organization with work motivation for employees. The coefficient of determination of the correlation The figure is r2 = 0.304, meaning that organizational communication makes an effective contribution on work motivation is 30.4% while the rest is determined by other factors influences that were not examined in this study. Next, look at the calculations organizational communication in this study hypothetical mean = 70 < empirical mean = 96.51 in the high category. Likewise with Work Motivation in this research too classified as high from the calculation results of the hypothetical mean = 90 < empirical mean = 122.77.en_US
