Hubungan Psychological Well Being dengan Work Engagement Pegawai Rumah Sakit Mata Medan Baru

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empiris hubungan psychological wellbeing dan work engagement pada pegawai Rumah Sakit Khusus Mata Medan Baru. Populasi adalah pegawai Rumah Sakit Khusus Mata Medan Baru yang berjumlah 57 orang bagian administrasi dan pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling dengan total sampling. Hasil perhitungan analisis korelasi product moment, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara variabel psychological well being dan work engagement. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,860, dengan Signifikan p= 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat adalah r2= 0,740. Ini menunjukkan bahwa psychological well being berdistribusi sebesar 74% terhadap work engagement. This research aims to empirically determine the relationship between psychological well-being and work engagement for employees at the Medan Baru Special Eye Hospital. The population is employees of the Medan Baru Special Eye Hospital, totaling 57 people administration and service department. This research uses a sampling technique with total sampling. The results of product moment correlation analysis calculations, it can be seen that There is a positive relationship between psychological well being variables and work engagement. This result is proven by the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.860, with significant p= 0.000 < 0.05. Determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is r2= 0.740. This shows that psychological well being is distributed by 74% on work engagement.
