This research aims to determine the relationship between family support and dual role conflict in PT employees. Perkebunan Nusantara IV. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 45 married female employees. Dual role conflict in this study was measured based on seven aspects of dual role conflict put forward, namely: Childcare problems, Housework help, Communication and interaction with family, Time for family, Priority setting, Career and family pressure, and Husband's views on dual roles woman. Family support in this study was measured based on aspects of family support: Physiological Support, Psychological Support, Social Support. Based on the results of product moment correlation analysis calculations, it can be seen that there is a negative relationship between family support and multiple role conflict. This result is proven by the correlation coefficient rxy = -0.508 with significant p = 0.000 < 0.05. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is r2= 0.258. This shows that family support is distributed by 25.8% of dual role conflict. Based on the results of calculating hypothetical and empirical average values, it can be concluded that family support is relatively low with a hypothetical mean value of 57.5 and an empirical mean value of 43.31. Furthermore, it can also be concluded that dual role conflict is classified as moderate with a hypothetical value of 80 and an empirical value of 77.89.
