Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu (1) Analisis dimensi heater dan Temperatur, (2) Mengidentfikasi perpindahan panas, (3) mendapatkan efisiensi termal dan efektivitas pada heater. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode kualitatif. Bahan yang digunakan tabung gas 3kg, angin kompresor. Alat yang digunakan heater, timbangan digital, flow meter, regulator, pipa stik, burner, stopwatch, thermometer, thermowell NPT stainless, kabel thermocouple sensor, dan thermogun. Hasil penelitian ini ialah Dimensi heater yaitu dengan berbahan stainless steel 304, diameter dalam dengan ukuran 51 mm, diameter luar dengan ukuran 75 mm, Tinggi dengan ukuran 70 mm, dan ketebalan dengan ukuran 12 mm. Nilai rata- rata T1 sebesar 552,061 °C, T2 rata- rata sebesar 345,848 °C dan T3 rata- rata sebesar 501,683 °C. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata- rata T1 lebih besar dibandingkan nilai rata- rata T2 dan T3. Nilai perpindahan kalor sebesar 8005,18 kJ. Nilai perpindahan panas minimal sebesar 7,79 kJ dan nilai perpindahan panas maksimal sebesar 99,48 kJ. Nilai efisiensi termal minimal sebesar 88,91%. Nilai efisiensi termal maksimal sebesar 94,27% dan nilai efektivitas sebesar 0,0116 %. The objectives of this study are (1) Analysis of heater dimensions and temperature, (2) Identify heat transfer, (3) obtaining thermal efficiency and effectiveness in the heater. The method used is qualitative method. The material used is 3kg gas cylinder, wind compressor. Tools used heaters, digital scales, flow meters, regulators, stick pipes, burners, stopwatches, thermometers, stainless NPT thermowells, sensor thermocouple cables, and thermoguns. The results of this study are the dimensions of the heater, namely made of stainless steel 304, inner diameter with a size of 51 mm, outer diameter with a size of 75 mm, height with a size of 70 mm, and thickness with a size of 12 mm. The average value of T1 is 552.061 °C, the average T2 is 345.848 °C and the average T3 is 501.683 °C. This shows that the average value of T1 is greater than the average value of T2 and T3. The heat transfer value is 8005,18 kJ. The minimum heat transfer value is 7.79 kJ and the maximum heat transfer value is 99.48 kJ. The minimum thermal efficiency value is 88.91%. The maximum thermal efficiency value is 94.27% and the effectiveness value is 0,0116 %.
