Life Cabang Medan. populasi adalah karyawan yang ada di PT. W anaArtha Life Cabang Medan yang berjumlah sekitar 54 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini semua subjek penelitian (populasi) digunakan sebagai sampel yaitu karyawan di PT. WanaArtha Life Cabang Medan yang berjumlah 54 orang, sehingga penelitian sampel ini disebut sampel jenuh atau sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer.
