Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT. Bridgestone Sumatera Rubber Estate Serbelawan dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi non finansial terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT.Bridgestone Sumatera Rubber Estate Serbelawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Populasi adalah karyawan di PT.Bridgestone Sumatera Rubber Estate Serbelawan yang berjumlah sekitar 171 orang. Jadi, dalam penelitian ini ukuran sampel sebanyak 40 orang karyawan di PT.Bridgestone Sumatera Rubber Estate Serbelawan. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pengamatan, angket dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang dipergunakan adalah uji statistic dengan memakai program software SPSS 17.00 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non financial secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT.Bridgestone Sumatera Rubber Estate Serbelawan. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of financial compensation on employee work productivity at PT. Bridgestone Sumatra Rubber Estate Serbelawan and to determine the effect of non-financial compensation on employee work productivity at PT. Bridgestone Sumatra Rubber Estate Serbelawan. This type of research is associative. The population is employees at PT. Bridgestone Sumatra Rubber Estate Serbelawan, totaling around 171 people. So, in this study the sample size was 40 employees at PT Bridgestone Sumatra Rubber Estate Serbelawan.Types and sources of data used secondary data. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and documentation studies. The analysis technique used is statistical testing using the SPSS 17.00 for Windows software program. Based on the research results, it was found that financial compensation and non-financial compensation partially and simultaneously had a positive effect on employee work productivity at PT Bridgestone Sumatra Rubber Estate Serbelawan. ​
