Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Media Sosial dan Fasilitas Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Usaha Caffe Shop KOUN.CO Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer, Data Primer diperoleh dari jawaban terhadap serangkaian pernyataan dalam bentuk kuesioner kepada customer caffe KOUN.CO sebanyak 79 responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode slovin. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Uji f didapat nilai f hitung sebesar 143,709 > F tabel sebesar 2,726 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,00 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, sesuai dengan kaidah pengujian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Media Sosial (X1) dan Fasilitas (X2) berpengaruh secara bersama (simultan) searah positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). This study aims to determine the effect of social media and facilities on employee performance at KOUN.CO Medan's caffe shop business. This study uses primary data. Primary data is obtained from answers to a series of statements in the form of a questionnaire to KOUN.CO caffe customers as many as 79 respondents. The sample in this study was determined by the slovin method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study show that based on the results of the f test, the calculated f value is 143.709 > F table is 2.726 with a significance level of 0.00 <0.05. Based on these results, in accordance with the test rules, it can be concluded that Social Media (X1) and Facilities (X2) have a positive and significant direct effect on Employee Performance (Y).
