Abstract: Pembibitan durian montong merupakan salah satu kegiatan perbanyakan tanaman untuk memperbanyak tanaman durian montong. Pembibitan yang umum dilakukan pada durian montong yaitu dengan menanam dari biji durian. Perbanyakan tanaman durian biasanya dilakukan dengan melalui biji. Bibit durian akan tumbuh dengan baik apabila media tumbuhnya mampu mengikat udara dan unsur hara yang cukup, memiliki drainase dan airase yang baik, dapat menjaga kelembaban di sekitar akar tanaman, tidak menjadi sumber penyakit bagi tanaman dan mudah diperoleh. Kompos limbah baglog merupakan kompos yang berasal dari limbah baglog jamur tiram yang mengandung unsur hara. Pemupukan urea sangat penting dalam proses pembibitan durian montong sehingga menambah unsur hara untuk pertumbuhannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan acak Kelompok Faktorial yang terdiri dari 1) Faktor Kompos limbah baglog yang terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan yaitu K0=kontrol (tanpa kompos baglog), K1= kompos baglog 750 gram, K2 kompos baglog 1500 gram, K3= Kompos baglog 2250 gram. 2) Faktor pemberian pupuk urea terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan yaitu P0= Tanpa pupuk urea, P1= Pupuk urea 10 gram, P2 = Pupuk Urea 20 gram, P3= Pupuk Urea 30 gram. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pemberian pupuk kompos limbah baglog dan pupuk urea tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, dan diameter batang.Perlakuan terbaik dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan tinggi dan diameter tanaman durian montong yaitu pada perlakuan K2 (kompos limbah baglog) = 1:1. Pada perlakuan pupuk urea dan kombinasinya dengan kompos limbah baglog tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman durian montong. Montong durian nurseries are one of the plant propagation activities to increase montong durian plants. Nurseries that are commonly carried out on montong durians are by planting from durian seeds. Durian plant propagation is usually done by seed. Durian seeds will grow well if the growing medium is able to bind air and sufficient nutrients, has good drainage and airase, can maintain moisture around plant roots, is not a source of disease for plants and is easy to obtain. Baglog waste compost is compost derived from oyster mushroom baglog waste which contains nutrients. Urea fertilization is very important in the process of breeding durian montong so that it adds nutrients for its growth. This study used a randomized factorial block design consisting of 1) compost baglog waste factor which consisted of 4 treatment levels, namely K0 = control (without baglog compost), K1 = 750 gram baglog compost, K2 1500 gram baglog compost, K3 = 2250 gram baglog compost. 2) The factor for giving urea fertilizer consists of 4 treatment levels, namely P0 = without urea fertilizer, P1 = 10 grams of urea fertilizer, P2 = 20 grams of urea fertilizer, P3 = 30 grams of urea fertilizer. The results of this study showed that the application of baglog waste compost and urea fertilizer had no significant effect on the growth of plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, and stem diameter. The best treatment for increasing the height and diameter of the durian montong plant was the K2 treatment (baglog waste compost) = 1:1. In the treatment of urea fertilizer and its combination with baglog waste compost, there was no significant difference in the growth of the montong durian plant.
