Hubungan Perilaku Agresivitas dengan Empati pada Siswa Kelas XI di SMK Swasta Pab 5

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan perilaku agresivitas dengan empati siswa Kelas XI di SMK Swasta PAB 5. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional, dengan teknik pengumpulan data skala likert (skala Perilaku agresivitas dan skala empati). Populasi penelitian berjumlah 277 siswa-siswi dengan teknik pengambilan sampel random sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 144 orang siswa-siswi. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji analisis korelasi bivariate pearson, dimana dengan melihat nilai uji analisa keterhubungan, Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis korelasi product moment, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara empati dengan perilaku agresivitas. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = -0,559, dengan Signifikan p= 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat adalah r2= 0,312 Ini menunjukkan bahwa empati berdistribusi sebesar 31.20% terhadap perilaku agresivitas. Berdasarkan uji linieritas, dapat diketahui apakah variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini dapat atau tidak dianalisis secara korelasional product mement. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa antara variabel empati memiliki hubungan yang liniear dengan perilaku agresivitas. Sebagai kriterianya P Deviation from Linearity 0,583 > 0,05 maka dinyatakan linier. This study aims to look at the relationship between aggressive behavior and empathy for Class XI students at PAB 5 Private Vocational High School. This research method uses a correlational method, with a Likert scale data collection technique (aggressive behavior scale and empathy scale). The research population consisted of 277 students using random sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 144 students. The analysis used is the Pearson bivariate correlation analysis test, where by looking at the value of the connectedness analysis test, based on the calculation results of the product moment correlation analysis, it can be seen that there is a negative relationship between empathy and aggressive behavior. This result is proven by the correlation coefficient rxy = -0.559, with a significant p = 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is r2= 0.312. This indicates that empathy has a distribution of 31.20% towards aggressive behavior. Based on the linearity test, it can be seen whether the independent variables with the dependent variable in this study can or cannot be analyzed in a correlational manner. The results of the analysis show that empathy has a linear relationship with aggressive behavior. As a criterion, P Deviation from Linearity is 0.583 > 0.05, so it is declared linear.
