Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji secara empiris Perbedaan Career Adaptabillity Ditinjau Dari Jenis Kelamin Polisi Bintara Remaja Di Kantor Direktorat Samapta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif komparatif. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 70 polisi bintara remaja direktorat samapta polda sumut. Penentuan subjek menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling. Skala career adaptability dalam penelitian ini disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek carrer adaptability berdasarkan empat aspek menurut (Savickas, 2013), antara lain: Perhatian, Kontrol, Keigintahuan, dan Kepercayaan Diri. Adapun skala penelitiannya menggunakan adalah skala Likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis T-Test. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dari Analisis Ttes, diketahui terdapat perbedaan Career adaptability ditinjau dari jenis kelamin. Hasil ini diketahui dengan melihat nilai atau koefisien perbedaan dengan koefisien T= 10.722 dengan p = 0.000 < 0,050. Berdasarkan hasil ini berarti hipotesis yang diajukan yang berbunyi ada perbedaan Career adaptability ditinjau dari jenis kelamin, dinyatakan diterima. This study aims to find out and test empirically the differences in career adaptability in terms of gender for juvenile police officers at the Samapta Directorate Office. This study uses a comparative quantitative method. The number of samples in this study were 70 non-commissioned police officers at the Directorate of North Sumatra Regional Police. Subject determination using purposive sampling method. The career adaptability scale in this study was compiled based on the aspects of carrier adaptability based on four aspects according to (Savickas, 2013), including: Attention, Control, Curiosity, and Confidence. The research scale used is the Likert scale. The data analysis method used in this research is T-Test analysis. Based on the calculation results from the Test Analysis, it is known that there are differences in Career adaptability in terms of gender. This result is known by looking at the value or coefficient of difference with the coefficient T = 10,722 with p = 0,000 <0.050. Based on these results, it means that the proposed hypothesis which reads that there are differences in Career adaptability in terms of gender, is declared accepted.
