Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Komitmen Organisasi Dengan Disiplin Kerja Pada Anggota Federasi Serikat Pekerja Transport Indonesia di Desa Singkuang Kecamatan Muara Batang Gadis Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan populasi 100 Anggota dan sampel 80 Anggota Lapangan. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan Simple Random Sampling. Untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian, peneliti menggunakan skala Komitmen Organisasi dan skala Disiplin Kerja. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah terdapat hubungan positif antara Komitmen Organisasi Dengan Disiplin Kerja Pada Anggota Federasi Serikat Pekerja Transport Indonesia. Analisa data menggunakan Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menumjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan posistif antara Komitmen organisasi dengan Disiplin kerja, hal ini di tunjukkan dari koefisien 𝑟𝑥𝑦= 0,592 dengan signifikan p= 0.000 < 0,05 artinya hipotesis yang diajukan diterima di mana semakin tinggi Komitmen organisasi maka semakin tinggi pula Disiplin kerja. Begitu pula sebaliknya, semakin rendah komitmen organisasi maka semakin rendah pula disiplin kerja karyawan. Adapun koefisien determinasi dari korelasi tersebut adalah sebesar r²=0, 350 Ini menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi berkontribusi terhadap disiplin kerja 35%. Ini berarti masih terdapat 65% dari faktor lain terhadap disiplin kerja, dimana faktor-faktor tersebut diantaranya adalah besar kecilnya pemberian kompensasi, ada tidaknya pengawasan pemimpin, menciptakan kebiasaan-kebiasaan positif, kemampuan keteladanan pemimpin, dan ketegasan pemimpin. Dari hasil tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa komitmen organisasi dan disiplin kerja tergolong dalam kategori sedang. This research aims to determine the relationship between organizational commitment and work discipline among members of the Federation of Indonesian Transport Workers' Unions in Singkuang Village, Muara Batang Girls District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research method, with a population of 100 members and a sample of 80 field members. The research sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling. To collect research data, researchers used the Organizational Commitment scale and Work Discipline scale. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a positive relationship between organizational commitment and work discipline among members of the Indonesian Transport Workers Union Federation. Data analysis using Pearson Product Moment. The research results show that there is a positive relationship between organizational commitment and work discipline, this is shown by the coefficient rxy= 0.592 with a significant p= 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that the proposed hypothesis is accepted where the higher the organizational commitment, the higher the work discipline. Vice versa, the lower the organizational commitment, the lower the employee's work discipline. The coefficient of determination of this correlation is r²=0.350. This shows that organizational commitment contributes 35% to work discipline. This means that there are still 65% of other factors affecting work discipline, where these factors include the size of compensation, whether or not there is leader supervision, creating positive habits, the leader's exemplary ability, and the leader's assertiveness. From these results it can be seen that organizational commitment and work discipline are classified in the medium category.
