Abstract

The operation of tire curing for cooking and instrumentation systems is an area that requires an integrated and comprehensive understanding. The cooking process (curing) is an influential part of the poor quality of the tire. In this case required an automated control system called programmable logic control (PLC) which functions perform calculations in accordance with the algorithm embedded or applied to her. This study aims to Designing a programming system ripening tires (curing) based programmable logic control (PLC) and determine the level of efficiency that occurs in the application of technology programmable logic control (PLC) in PT. Industri Karet Deli Medan Tanjung Mulia.
