Abstract: Mesin ripple mill merupakan yang sangat penting dalam proses pengelolahan hasil perkebunan kelapa sawit di pabrik kelapa sawit (PKS). Karena biasanya pabrik kelapa sawit mengolah ke lapa sawit dalam jumlah yang sangat besar hal ini dikarenakan basi l perkebunan kelapa sawit yang dimiliki cukup besar. Dan hasil perkebunan kelapa sawit, banyak produk yang dapat dihasilkan diantaranya, minyak kelapa sawit atau Crude Palm Oil (CFO) dan inti kelapa sawit atau kernel. Adapun fungsi utama dari mesin pemecah biji kelapa sawit ini adalah memecahkan biji kelapa sawit dengan cangkangnya. Perencanaan mesin riplle mill ini merupakan suatu masalah yang kompleks dan memerlukan sistematik perhitungan yang akurat dilihat dari design maupun pembiayaannya. System perawatan merupakan faktor yang sangat penting bagi setiap pabrik kelapa sawit karena hai ini sangat berhubungan erat dengan produksivitas produk itu sendiri dengan tingkat kesiapan dan kesempumaan mesin memungkinkan produksi akan betjalan dengan baik dan ian car. Survey dilakukan di Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit ( RISPA ). Guna untuk mengetahui proses cara ketja dari mesin tersebut. Dari analisa yang dilakukan diperoleh kapasitas 4 Ton/jam putaran 197 rpm. Machine of Ripple mill represent very important in course of processing of plantation product of coconut sawit in factory of coconut sawit (PKS). Because usually factory of coconut of sawit processing of coconut sawit in number very big of this matter because of plantation product of coconut saw it had big enough. And plantation product of coconut sawit, many product able to be yielded among others, palm oil or Crude Palm Oil (CFO) and core of coconut of sawit or kernel. As for especial function from knapping machine of this coconut sawit seed solve the seed of coconut sawit by cangkangnya. Planning of this Machine riplle mill represent an complex problem and need systematic of accurate calculation seen from design and also its defrayal. System Treatment represent the very factor is necessary for each; every factory of coconut sawit of because hi this very closely related by productivity is it self product with the storey; level of is readiness of and machine perfection enable the production will walk better and fluent. Survey conducted in Center of Research of Coconut Sawit ( RISPA ). Utiiize to know the process of way of activity from the machine. From analysis conducted to be obtained by capacities 4 Ton rotation/hour 197 rpm.
