Abstract: Suatu tenaga listrik mengalami gangguan yang dapat mengakibatkan terhentinya pelayanan daya. Gangguan tersebut lebih sering terjadi pada Gardu Induk baik transmisi maupun distribusi. Terjadinya gangguan adalah disebabkan oleh peninggian tegangan. Pada hantaran transmisi yang dikenal sebagai tegangan lebih, di mana tegangan itu melampaui tingkat ketahanan isolasi. Dalam- tegangan lebih ini antara lain disebabkan oleh sambaran petir, surja hubung, dan juga akibat perubahan tegangan dengan frekuensi rendah. An electric power can experience interference resulting in a cessation of power supply. the disturbance occurs more often in main substations, both transmission and distribution. The occurrence of interference is caused by voltage increase. On a known transmission line as overvoltage, where the voltage exceeds the level insulation resistance. In- this overvoltage among other things caused by lightning strikes, electrical surges, and also effects low-frequency voltage changes.
