Abstract: Kesimpulan Dari hasil perhitungan serta dari analisa yang dilakukan penulis di lapangan maka dapat diambil kesimpula sebagai berikut: 1. Ketel uap yang digunakan adalah ketel uap pi pa air dengan merk TIT AN BO 56 1300 dengan kapasitas uap yang dihasilkan oleh ketel = 18 [Ton uap/jam] Dengan perincian : 16 [Ton uap/jam] untuk turbin 2 [Ton uap/jam] untuk daerator 2. Uap yang dihasilkan digunakan untuk memutar turbin, untuk kcperluan daerator serta untuk proses pengolahan buah kelapa sawit, dirnana uap yang digunakan untuk proses pengolahan berasal dari uap keluaran turbin. 3. Tekanan uap yang dihasilkan oleh ketel = 20 [kg/Cm2 ] 4. Temperatur air umpan Enthalpi air umpan 104,98 °C 102,83 "C 5. Bahan bakar yang digunakan adalah cangkang dan serabut 6. Jumlah bahan bakar yang digunakan untuk rnenghasilkan uap (kg/jam] 7. Nilai pembakaran bawah bahan bakar 2975,4 [kkal/kg] 8. Nilai pembakaran atas bahan bakar l 3535,53 [kkal/kg] 9. Kalor pembakaran bahan bakar 13261313,47 [kkal/kgj 10. Udara yang diperlukan untuk pernbakaran = 21549,75 [kkal/kgj 11. Gas asap yang dihasilkan dari hasil pembakaran = 8,21 [kg/kg. bb] 12. Suhu uap keluar dari ketel 280 °C, entalphi uap keluar dari ketel [kkal/kg] 13. Efisiensi ketel sebesar = 80 % 710,6 14. Dari hasil analisa yang dilakukan penulis, jika dibandingkan dengan data-data yang diperoleh dari lapangan tidak jauh berbeda, dengan demikian bahwa pengoperasian ketel uap di PT. GALUHINDO berjalan dengan baik serta ketel uap yang digunakan masih layak untuk digunakan. Conclusion From the results of calculations and from analysis carried out by the author in the field then it can be concluded as follows: 1. The steam boiler used is a water pipe steam boiler with the brand TIT AN BO 56 1300 with steam capacity produced by the boiler = 18 [Tons of steam/hour] With details: 16 [Tons of steam/hour] for the turbine 2 [Tons of steam/hour] for deerator 2. The steam produced is used to spin a turbine, for generator purposes and for the processing of palm oil fruit, steam is used for the processing process comes from turbine output steam. 3. Steam pressure produced by the boiler = 20 [kg/Cm2 ] 4. Feed water temperature Enthalpy of feed water 104.98 °C 102.83" C 5. The fuel used is shells and fibers 6. The amount of fuel used to produce steam (kg/hour] 7. Fuel under combustion value of 2975.4 [kcal/kg] 8. Value of combustion of fuel l 3535.53 [kcal/kg] 9. Heat of combustion of fuel 13261313.47 [kcal/kgj 10. Air required for combustion = 21549.75 [kcal/kgj 11. Smoke gas produced from combustion = 8.21 [kg/kg. bb] 12. The temperature of the steam coming out of the boiler is 280 °C, the enthalpy of steam coming out of the boiler [kcal/kg] 13. Boiler efficiency = 80% 710.6 14. From the results of the analysis carried out by the author, when compared with the data obtained from the field is not much different, thus that steam boiler operation at PT. GALUHINDO runs well as well as the boiler the steam used is still suitable for use.
