Kebutuhan bibit kelapa sawit terus bertambah akibat luas lahan perkebunan kelapa sawit terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. 2. Perlakuan terbaik dalam meningkatkan pertambahan luas daun yaitu pada perlakuan L3 dengan pemberian Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) limbah PCKS dosis 225 ml/l air, dengan rata rata luas daun 51,43 cm². The need for oil palm seeds continues to increase as the area of oil palm plantations continues to increase every year. This causes the Top Soil nursery media that is commonly used to run low. Then another alternative is needed as a substitute for nursery planting media to meet the demand for oil palm seeds such as subsoil soil. Palm oil mill liquid waste is used as fertilizer for oil palm nurseries. The research method that will be used is a factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK), namely the treatment of liquid organic fertilizer in palm oil waste ponds (L) and the treatment of planting media (M) consisting of 4 treatment level, with 2 combinations. After the research data were obtained, data analysis would be carried out using a Factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK-F). The treatment of the growing media was significantly different in the parameter number of leaves, namely 8.92 on M3. In the Liquid Organic Fertilizer treatment, the stem diameter was significantly different, namely 2.28 at L3, and the leaf area was significantly different, namely 51.43 at L3. Meanwhile, the combination treatment of growing media and POC was not significantly different. 1. The best treatment in increasing the number of plant leaves was in the M3 treatment with the use of cow manure with an average number of leaves of 8.92 leaves. 2. The best treatment for increasing the increase in leaf area was the L3 treatment by administering Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) to PCKS waste at a dose of 225 ml/l water, with an average leaf area of 51.43 cm².en_US
