Abstract: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer experience terhadap kepuasan nasabah pengguna aplikasi livin by Mandiri di Bank Mandiri KCP Medan Pulau Pinang, pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pengguna aplikasi livin by Mandiri di Bank Mandiri KCP Medan Pulau Pinang, dan pengaruh customer experience dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pengguna aplikasi livin by Mandiri di Bank Mandiri KCP Medan Pulau Pinang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian asosiatif yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dua variabel atau lebih, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel pengguna atau nasabah yang menggunakan Livin By Mandiri Mobile nasabah Bank Mandiri KCP Medan Pulau Pinang sebanyak 85 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa customer experience dan kepercayaan Bank Mandiri KCP Medan Pulau Pinang berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan (serempak) terhadap kepuasan nasabah pengguna aplikasi Livin By Mandiri. To determine the effect of customer experience on customer satisfaction using the livin by Mandiri application at Bank Mandiri KCP Medan Pulau Pinang, the effect of trust on customer satisfaction using the livin by Mandiri application at Bank Mandiri KCP Medan Pulau Pinang, and the influence of customer experience and trust on customer satisfaction using the application livin by Mandiri at Bank Mandiri KCP Medan Pulau Pinang. This study uses associative research, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables, where the variables are measured with a Likert scale. In this study, a sample of 85 users or customers who used Livin By Mandiri Mobile were used as customers of Bank Mandiri KCP Medan Pulau Pinang. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that customer experience and trust in Bank Mandiri KCP Medan Pulau Pinang had a partial and simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction using the Livin By Mandiri application.
