Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh : (1) kecemasan terhadap kepuasan kerja personel Bintara Satuan Brimob Polda Sumut, (2) self efficacy terhadap kepuasan kerja personel Bintara Satuan Brimob Polda Sumut, (3) kecemasan dan self efficacy terhadap kepuasan kerja personel Bintara Satuan Brimob Polda Sumut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh personil yang bertugas di Satuan Brimob Polda Sumut. Sampel pada penelitian ini ditentukan menggunakan teknik total sampling sehingga jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 444 personel Bintara Polda Sumut. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala Likert dimana seluruh item instrumen penelitian dengan jumlah 16 item yang dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistik parametrik melalui analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yakni : (1) kecemasan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja personel Sat Brimob Polda Sumut, (2) self Efficacy tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja personel Sat Brimob Polda Sumut, (3) variabel kecemasan dan self efficacy secara bersama-sama atau simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja Sat Brimob Polda Sumut. This study aims to determine the effect of: (1) anxiety on the job satisfaction of the Bintara Personnel Brimob Unit of the North Sumatra Regional Police, (2) self-efficacy on the job satisfaction of the Bintara Personnel Brimob Unit of the North Sumatra Regional Police, (3) anxiety and self-efficacy on the job satisfaction of the Bintara Personnel Brimob Unit of the North Sumatra Regional Police. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all personnel assigned to the North Sumatra Police Mobile Brigade Unit. The sample in this study was determined using a total sampling technique so that the number of samples in this study were 444 North Sumatran Police Officers. The research instrument used a Likert scale where all 16 items of the research instrument were declared valid and reliable. Data analysis used in this study used parametric statistics through multiple linear regression analysis. The research results obtained were: (1) anxiety has an influence on the job satisfaction of Sat Brimob Polda Sumut, (2) self-efficacy has no effect on job satisfaction of Sat Brimob Polda Sumut, (3) variables of anxiety and self-efficacy together or simultaneously has an influence on job satisfaction of the Bintara Personnel Brimob Unit of the North Sumatra Regional Police.
