Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan interpersonal dengan school well-being pada Santriwati kelas XI di Pesantren Darul Arafah Raya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 160 santriwati dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 114 orang dari keseluruhan santriwati kelas IX SMA di pesantren darul arafah raya, peneliti menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kecerdasan interpersonal dengan school well-being dilihat dari nilai koefisien ( ) yang memiliki nilai 0.568 dengan p atau signifikansinya 0.005 < 0.050, artinya hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa ada hubungan positif antara kecerdasan interpersonal dan school well-being diterima. Begitu juga dengan nilai koefisien determinan ( ) pada santriwati yang memiliki nilai 0.435, hal ini setara dengan 43.5%, artinya adalah kecerdasan interpersonal tersebut berkontribusi sebesar 43.5% (sedang) school well-being pada santriwati kelas XI. Kecerdasan interpersonal dengan school well-being pada Santriwati kelas XI di Pesantren Darul Arafah Raya tergolong tinggi, disebabkan oleh nilai mean empirik lebih besar dari nilai mean hipotetik. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between interpersonal intelligence and school well-being in class XI female santriwati at the Darul Arafah Raya Islamic Boarding School. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population of this study were 160 female santriwati and the sample in this study were 114 santriwati from all class IX senior high school santriwati at the Darul Arafah Raya Islamic Boarding School, the researchers used a simple random sampling technique. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between interpersonal intelligence and school well-being seen from the value of the coefficient (R_xy) which had a value of 0.568 with p or a significance of 0.005 <0.050, meaning that the hypothesis states that there is a positive correlation between interpersonal intelligence and school well -being accepted. Likewise with the value of the determinant coefficient (R^2) for female santriwati who have a value of 0.435, this is equivalent to 43.5%, meaning that interpersonal intelligence contributes 43.5% (medium) to school well-being in class XI female students. Interpersonal intelligence with school well-being in class XI female santriwati at the Darul Arafah Raya Islamic Boarding School is relatively high, due to the empirical mean value being greater than the hypothetical mean value.
