Abstract: Keputusan pembelian merupakan keadaan yang dimana seseorang konsumen memutuskan untuk memilih dan membeli benih padi bersertifikat. Benih padi bersertifikat merupakan benih yang proses produksinya melalui tahapan sistem sertifikat benih dan telah memenuhi standar mutu dari balai pengawasan dan sertifikasi benih (BPSB). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah harga benih padi bersertifikat (X1), kualitas benih padi bersertifikat (X2), pelayanan penjualan (X3), luas lahan (X4), usia (X5) dan pendidikan (X6) berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Tanjung Rejo Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah petani yang membeli benih padi bersertifikat di penangkar. Metode pengambilan sampel dari populasi penelitian yaitu dengan simple random sampling (acak sederhana). Teknik analisis yang akan digunakan dalam menganalisis data yaitu dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, regresi linear berganda, uji serempak dan uji parsial. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu bahwa secara serempak harga benih padi bersertifikat (X1), kualitas benih padi bersertifikat (X2), pelayanan penjualan (X3), luas lahan (X4), usia (X5) dan pendidikan (X6) berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel harga benih padi bersertifikat (X1) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas benih padi bersertifikat (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, usia (X5) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan variabel pendidikan (X6) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, Variabel Kualitas benih padi bersertifikat ( X2), Variabel Usia (X5) memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap keputusan pembeliann, sedangkan Variabel Pelayanan Penjualan (X3) dan Variabel Luas Lahan (X4) tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian benih padi bersertifikat. Purchase decision is a situation in which a consumer decides to choose and buy certified rice seeds. Certified rice seeds are seeds whose production process goes through the stages of the seed certificate system and meets the quality standards of the Seed Certification and Monitoring Center (BPSB). This study aims to determine whether the price of certified rice seeds (X1), the quality of certified rice seeds (X2), sales services (X3), land area (X4), age (X5) and education (X6) influence purchasing decisions. This research was conducted in Tanjung Rejo Village, Percut Sei Tuan District. The population in this study were farmers who bought certified rice seeds from breeders. The method of taking samples from the study population is by simple random sampling (simple random). The analysis technique that will be used in analyzing the data is by using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, simultaneous test and partial test. The results of this study are that simultaneously the price of certified rice seeds (X1), the quality of certified rice seeds (X2), sales services (X3), land area (X4), age (X5) and education (X6) has an effect and is significant on buying decision. While partially the variable price of certified rice seeds (X1) has a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the quality of certified rice seeds (X2) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, age (X5) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and education variables (X6 ) has a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions, Variable Quality of certified rice seeds (X2), Age Variable (X5) has a positive influence on purchasing decisions, while Sales Service Variables (X3) and Land Area Variables (X4) have no effect on purchasing decisions certified rice seeds.
