dc.description.abstractPermintaan terhadap produk halal di dunia semakin hari semakin meningkat. Sesuai dengan fakta bahwa jumlah peoduduk muslim di dunia yang semakin besar. Konsumen tidak hanya menginginkan produk halal melainkan juga halal pada proses pembuatan atau penyiapan produk. Pcnclitian ini mcrupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pclaksanaan halal supply chain management dari hulu sampai ke hilir yang diterapkan pada UMKM Tahu Tempe Putri di Desa Genduang-Pelalawan. Halal supply chain management merupakan kunci dalam mencrapkan prinsip halal dalam suatu produk, khususnya produk makanan. Proses penyediaan bahan baku, pemrosesan, pengdmasan, dan penyajian yang tercakup dalam proscs rantai pasok menjadi ukuran halalnya suatu produk. Metode penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan wawancara, observasi secara langsung dilapangangan, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melode survey digunakan untuk mendapatkkan data dari tempat tertentu yang alamiah (bukan buatan kuesioner, tetapi peneliti melakukan perlakuan dalam pengumpulan data, misalnya test dan wawancara terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan balal supply chain management yang dilaksanakan di UMKM Tahu Tempe Putri Desa Genduang-Pelalawan masih belum sesuai dengan parameter prinsip halal supply chain management.Kegiatan manajemen balal supply chain tersebut dibagi menjadi lima kelompok utama yaitu proses persiapan bahan baku, proses produksi, proses distribusi, proses kegiatan packing, dan kegiatan pemasaran sampai ke tangan konsumen. The demand for halal products in the world is increasing day by day. Based on this fact, the number of Muslim populations in the world is getting bigger. Consumers not only want halal products but also halal in making or preparing the product. This study aimed to know how the halal supply chain managemcnt implementation from initial to end applied to MSMEs Tahu Tempe Putri in Genduang-Pelalawan Village. Halal supply chain management is the key to implementing halal principles in a product, especially food products. The supplying raw materials, processing, packaging, and presentation included in the supply chain process is a mcasure of the halalness of a product. This research method was camied out through interviews, dircct observation in the field, documentation, and questionnaires. The analytical method used in this study was a survey method used to obtain data from ccrtain natural placcs, not artificial questionnaires, but the researcher carried out treatments in data collection, for example, tests and structured inicrvicws. The results showed that halal supply chain management activities carricd out in MSMEs Tahu Tcmpc Putri of Genduang-Pelalawan Village wcre still not following the paramcters of halal supply chain management principles. Halal supply chain managcment activities were divided into five main groups, namcly the process of preparing raw materials.the production process, the distribution process, the process of packing activities, and marketing activities in the hands of consumers.en_US
