Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis one way anova. Reliabilitas meggunakan teknik koefisien alpa cronbach. Teknik analisis data menggunakan One Way Anova. This research aims to examine differences in Work-Family Conflict in terms of gender in employees at Bank Mega. Work-Family Conflict is a problem experienced by individuals who have multiple roles where there is an inequality between demands and tasks in work and family. This research was conducted at Bank Mega Maulana Lubis on male and female employees. The method used in this research is a comparative quantitative method. The sample in this research were male employees totaling 33 people and female employees totaling 12 people. So the total sample amounted to 45 people who were determined by the total sampling technique. The data collection method uses a Work-Family Conflict scale with a Likert scale model. Data analysis used one way ANOVA analysis technique. Reliability using Cronbach's alpha coefficient technique. The data collection technique used the Work-Family Conflict Scale with scale reliability (α = 0.930). The data analysis technique used One Way Anova. The results of this research indicate the difference coefficient t = 10,413 with a significance of p = <0.05. With the results of the analysis of the hypothetical mean of 65 and the empirical mean of Work-Family Conflict for male employees, it is known that the value of 72.15 is low, while the empirical mean of Work-Family Conflict for female employees of 85.50 is high. These results indicate that the hypothesis proposed by the researcher that there are differences in Work-Family Conflict in terms of gender in Bank Mega employees is acceptable.
