Abstract: Aktivitas CSR yang dilakukan oleh PT. Koperasi Telekomunikasi Seluler Indonesia bertujuan untuk mendekatkan diri dan mensejahterakan masyarakat. Kegiatan CSR yang dilakukannya juga sesuai dengan SOP dilakukan setiap tahunnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana Kisel dalam melakukan kegiatan CSR pada saat pandemi covid-19 dan untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi humas dalam membangun citra perusahaan melalui kegiatan CSR pada saat pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara dan observasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Data Primer didapat melalui hasil wawancara dan observasi secara langsung sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui jurnal dan dokumentasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bentuk kegiatan CSR yang dilakukan oleh PT. Kisel Medan di Panti Asuhan Aisyiyah merupakan kegiatan charity dan philantrophy. Bentuk kegiatan ini sesuai dengan yang disampaikan Rahmadani dkk (2018) yang merupakan kegiatan memberikan bantuan secara langsung dan melakukan sosialisasi mengenai pencegahan Covid- 19 di Panti Asuhan Putri Aisyiyah. Kendala dalam menerapkan kegiatan CSR di PT. Kisel Medan selama masa pandemi Covid-19 adalah keterbatasan ruang dan gerak akibat aturan yang ditetapkan selama pandemi. Namun PR PT. Kisel Medan mengatasi kendala tersebut dengan menerapkan peran PR sesuai pendapat Soemirat (2007) yaitu fact finding, planning, communicating dan evaluation. CSR activities conducted by PT. Koperasi Telekomunikasi Seluler Indonesia aims to recognize themselves and the welfare of the community. The CSR activities carried out are also in accordance with the SOP carried out annually. The purpose of this study was to understand the impact of Csr during the covid-19 pandemic and to understand the obstacles faced by public relations in building corporate image through CSR activities during the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is an assessment method using planning and observation as a data collection technique. Primary Data obtained through research and direct observation while primary data obtained through journals and research documentation. The results showed that the form of CSR activities undertaken by PT. Kisel Medan at Aisyiyah Orphanage is a charity and philanthropic activity. The form of this activity is in accordance with what Rahmat et al (2018) said, which is an activity of aid members directly and socializing the introduction of Covid-19 prevention at Putri Aisyiyah orphanage. Constraints in implementing CSR activities at PT. Kisel Medan during the Covid-19 pandemic is a limitation of space and movement due to an event that occurred during the pandemic. However, PR PT. Kisel Medan said the obstacle is by implementing the role of PR in accordance with the soemirat decision (2007), namely fact finding, planning, communicating and evaluation.
