Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kematangan beragama dengan coping stress pada guru SLB-B di kota medan. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 31 guru dari dua sekolah yang didapat melalui teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan skala coping stress dan skala kematangan beragama. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,556 dengan nilai signifikansi p = 0,000 berarti p < 0,05, artinya ada hubungan positif antara coping stress dan kematangan beragama. Dengan hasil tersebut, hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima. Adapun sumbangan efektif dari kematangan beragama terhadap coping stress sebesar 30,9%. Sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yaitu faktor internal yang diantaranya dalam karakteristik kepribadian, locus of control, kecerdasan emosi, usia, jenis kelamin, kognitif dan faktor lingkungan. Dengan hasil perhitungan secara empirik dan hipotetik, terdapat nilai rata-rata hipotetik dari kematangan beragama lebih rendah daripada nilai rata-rata empirik. Sebanyak 62,5 untuk nilai hipotetik dan 73,81 untuk nilai empirik. Sedangkan untuk coping stress nilai rata-rata hipotetik sebesar 60 dan nilai rata-rata empirik sebesar 75,68. Dengan ini mendapatkan hasil positif dikarenakan kedua dari variabel bebas dan terikat memiliki nilai yang tinggi. Maka dinyatakan ada hubungan positif yang signifikan. This study aims to determine the corellation between religious maturity and coping stress on SLB-B teachers in Medan City. The sample of this research was 31 teachers from two schools which were obtained through total sampling technique. The instrument of this study used a stress coping scale and a religious maturity scale. The data analysis technique used is product moment correlation. The results of this study indicate the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.556 with a significance value of p = 0.000 means p <0.05, meaning that there is a positive correlation between coping stress and religious maturity. With these results, the hypothesis in this study can be accepted. The effective contribution of religious maturity to coping stress is 30.9%. The rest is influenced by other factors, namely internal factors including personality characteristics, locus of control, emotional intelligence, age, gender, cognitive and environmental factors. With the results of empirical and hypothetical calculations, there is a hypothetical average value of religious maturity lower than the empirical average value. A total of 62.5 for the hypothetical value and 73.81 for the empirical value. Meanwhile, for coping stress, the hypothetical average value is 60 and the empirical average is 75.68. With this get positive results because both of the independent and dependent variables have high values. Then it is stated that there is a significant positive corellation.
