Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan self efficacy dengan penyesuaian diri pada siswa SMA negeri 2 percut sei tuan selama pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas. Adapun jumlah populasi sebesar 360 siswa, sedangkan sampel yang diambil dari polulasi sebanyak 120 siswa. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X dan XI di SMA negeri 2 percut sei tuan. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling. Variabel Self efficacy diukur dengan menggunakan skala self efficacy yang di ukur dari 21 aitem yang valid (a = 0,905), sedangkan variabel penyesuaian diri diukur dengan menggunakan skala penyesuaian diri yang diukur dari 36 aitem yang valid (a = 0,874). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan koefisien korelasi r = 0,786, dengan Signifikan p= 0,000 berarti < 0,05. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan peneliti yaitu terdapat hubungan yang positif antara self efficacy denfan penyesuaian diri dapat diterima. Nilai koefisien korelasi positif menunjukkan bahwa arah hubungan kedua variavel adalah positif, artinya semakin tinggi self efficacymaka semakin tinggi juga penyesuaian diri santri wati. Efikasi diri memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 61,80% kepada penyesuaian diri dan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian lain. This study aims to determine the relation between self-efficacy and self-adjustment in SMA Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan during limited face-to-face learning. The total population is 360 students, while the samples taken from the population are 120 students. The sample of this study were students of class X and XI at SMA Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan. The data collection method in this study used a total sampling technique. The self-efficacy variable was measured using the self-efficacy scale which was measured from 21 valid items (a = 0.905), while the self-adjustment variable was measured using the self-adjustment scale which was measured from 36 valid items (a = 0.874). The results of this study showed a correlation coefficient of r = 0.786, with a significant p = 0.000 meaning <0.05. These results indicate that the hypothesis put forward by the researcher, namely that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and self-adjustment, is acceptable. The positive correlation coefficient value indicates that the direction of the relationship between the two variables is positive, meaning that the higher the self-efficacy, the higher the self-adjustment of female students. Self-efficacy makes an effective contribution of 61.80% to self-adjustment and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in other studies.
