Pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT.Langkat Nusantara Kepong

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of serious safety and health on performance of employees at PT. Langkat Nusantara Kepong. This type of researcs is associative. The population in this research is the permanent employees who were in the offices of PT. Langkat Nusantara Kepong that add up to 81 people. Sample the sampling technique used was saturated, where all the population defined as objects of research all employees of PT. Langkat Nusantara Kepong amounted to 81 people. Data collection techniques using question form. Technique of data analysis of test validity and reliability tests, test the assumptions of classical linear regression analysis, multiple, test hypotheses and coefficients of determination (R2) with the help of SPSS for windows 5. The research result so btained that the safety and health of work a positive and significant effect of eitherpartially or simultaneously against the performance of employees at Minusone PT.Nusantara Kepong thus the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that the existence of safety and occupational health (K3) then the employee's performance will improve and may reduce any losses in the company.
