Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Beban Kerja Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Sekolah Swasta Nurcahaya Medan”. Jenis penelitian ini yakni asosiatif yaitu suatu penelitian yang bersifat menanyakan hubungan antara dua variabel. Populasi pada penelitian ini yakni Guru Sekolah Swasta Nurcahaya Medan sebanyak 35 guru. Dan bersama menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, maka jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 35 responden diambil dari guru. Berdasarkan hasil uji t bisa dilihat maka t hitung pada variabel Beban Kerja (X1) dan Stres Kerja (X2) secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja. Nilai R Square yang diperoleh sebesar 0,524, Angka tersebut menunjukkan maka sebesar 52,4% kinerja (variabel terikat) bisa dijelaskan oleh Beban Kerja (X1) dan Stres Kerja (X2). Sisanya sebesar 37,6,% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan pada penelitian ini. This study aims to find out "The Effect of Workload And Work Stress on The Performance of Private School Teachers Nurcahaya Medan". This type of research is associative, which is a research that asks about the relationship between two variables. The population in this study was 35 employees of Nurcahaya Medan Private School. And by using saturated sample techniques, the number of samples in this study as many as 35 respondents were taken from employees. Based on the results of the t test it can be seen that t calculate on the variable Workload (X1) and Work Stress (X2) partially or simultaneously positively and significantly affect the performance variables. The R Square value obtained is 0.524, the figure indicates that 52.4% performance (bound variables) can be explained by Workload (X1) and Work Stress (X2). The remaining 37.6,% was influenced by other factors not described in the study.
