dc.description.abstractMetode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara organization citizenship behavior dan iklim organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi pada pegawai Bank Pembangunan Sumatera Utara cabang Kisaran. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 53 orang dan sampel sebanyak 53 orang dan dimana peneliti menggunakan teknik total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara organization citizenship behavior dengan komitmen organisasi dilihat dari nilai pearson correlation = 0.997 dengan p = 0.000 < 0.050. Selanjutnya, ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara iklim organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi yang dilihat dari nilai person correlation = 0.992 dengan p = 0.000 < 0.050. Secara simultan ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara organization citizenship behavior dan iklim organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi, diketahui bahwa nilai pearson correlation = 0.998 dengan p = 0.000 < 0.050 dengan kontribusi organization citizenship behavior dan iklim organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi adalah sebesar 99.5 %. This research method using quantitative methods. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between organization citizenship behavior and organizational climate with organizational commitment to the Kisaran branch of the North Sumatra Development Bank employees. The population of this study was 53 people and a sample of 53 people and where the researchers used a total sampling technique. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between organization citizenship behavior and organizational commitment seen from the value of Pearson correlation = 0.997 with p = 0.000 <0.050. Furthermore, there is a significant positive relationship between organizational climate and organizational commitment as seen from the person correlation value = 0.992 with p = 0.000 <0.050. Simultaneously, there is a significant positive relationship between organization citizenship behavior and organizational climate with organizational commitment using the regression analysis method, it is known that the Pearson correlation value = 0.998 with p = 0.00 <0.050 with the contribution of organization citizenship behavior and organizational climate to organizational commitment is 99.5 %.en_US
