Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai bahan informasi untuk masyarakat supaya dapat mengambil langkah pencegahan kontaminasi parasit Nematoda usus terhadap lalapan sayur kubis mentah yang dijual pada warung makan di Lau Dendang Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan dan pada Pasar MMTC yang menjual sayuran kubis. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analisis Univariat dimana data yang sudah diperoleh mudah untuk disederhanakan. Kemudian data dapat dibuat dalam tabel sesuai sesuai dengan standar Laboratorium. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya kontaminasi parasit Nematoda Usus berdasarkan jenis tempat pengambilan sampel yaitu pada warung makan dan pada pasar MMTC. Pada warung makan yang berada di Lau Dendang terdapat 2 sampel yang positif (13%) dan 13 sampel yang negatif (86%) mengandung larva cacing tambang (Ancylostoma dan Necator) pada sayuran kubis yang menjadi lalapan mentah. Sedangkan pada pasar MMTC terdapat 5 sampel yang positif (33%) mengandung larva cacing tambang (Ancylostoma dan Necator) pada sayuran kubis dan 10 sampel yang negatif (66%) pada sayuran kubis. This study aims as information material for the public so that they can take steps to prevent intestinal nematode parasitic contamination of raw cabbage vegetables sold at food stalls in Lau Dendang, Percut Sei Tuan District and at the MMTC Market which sells cabbage vegetables. This research method uses Univariate Analysis method where the data that has been obtained is easy to simplify. Then the data can be made in tables according to laboratory standards. The results showed that the presence of intestinal nematode parasite contamination based on the type of sampling location, namely at food stalls and at the MMTC market. In a food stall located in Lau Dendang, there were 2 positive samples (13%) and 13 negative samples (86%) containing hookworm larvae (Ancylostoma and Necator) in cabbage vegetables that became raw vegetables. Meanwhile, in the MMTC market, there were 5 positive samples (33%) containing hookworm larvae (Ancylostoma and Necator) in cabbage and 10 negative samples (66%) in cabbage.
