Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara Iklim Organisasi Dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada karyawan PTPN III Medan. Hipotesis yang diajukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara iklim organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan melibatkan 48 karyawanbagian SDM di PTPN III Medan dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode skala, metode skala yang digunakan adalah skala iklim organisasi dan skalaorganizational citizenship behavior. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasiRank Spearman, dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,493 dengan signifikan p = 0,000 < 0,05. Iklim organisasi memberikan pengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior sebesar 17,2%, yang artinya masih terdapat 82,8% pengaruh dari faktor lain terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.Secara umum,iklim organisasi dalam penelitianini termasuktergolong tinggi diketahui dari mean hipotetik (110) < mean empirik (131,08), serta Organizational citizenship behavior dalam penelitian ini jugatergolong tinggi diketahui dari mean hipotetik (80) <mean empirik (99,13). This study aims to know the relationship between Organizational Climate and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in PTPN III Medan employees. The hypothesis is that there is a very significant positive relationship between organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior. This research is a quantitative correlational study involving 48 employees of the HR department at PTPN III Medan and the sampling was done by total sampling. Data collection method used in this study is a scale method, the scale method used is the scale of organizational climate and the scale of organizational citizenship behavior. The data analysis method used is Spearman Rank correlation analysis, with a correlation coefficient of rxy = 0.493 with a significant p = 0.000 <0.05. Organizational climate provides an influence on organizational citizenship behavior by 17.2%, which means there are still 82.8% influence from other factors on organizational citizenship behavior. In general, organizational climate in this study is classified as high known from the hypothetical mean (110) <empirical mean (131.08), and Organizational citizenship behavior in this study is also relatively high known from the hypothetical mean (80) <empirical mean (99, 13).
