Hubungan Antara Perilaku Over Protective Orang Tua Dengan Kemandirian Siswa SMA Negeri 1 Batang Kuis

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara perilaku over protective orang tua dengan kemandirian siswa SMA Negeri 1 Batang Kuis. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan tenik purposive sampling, yaitu teknik sampling yang digunakan jika peneliti mempunyai pertimbangan tertentu di dalam pengambilan sampelnya dengan kriteria siswa kelas X yang bersekolah di SMA Negeri 1 Batang Kuis dan memiliki kemandirian. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan adalah skala perilaku over protective dan skala kemandirian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Korelasi-Product Moment, maka diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut terdapat hubungan yang negatif antara sikap over protective orang tua dengan kemandirian Siswa SMA Negeri 1 Batang Kuis hingga terus menjadi besar sikap over protective orang tua terus menjadi rendah kemandirian serta kebalikannya, terus menjadi rendah sikap over protective orang tua hingga terus menjadi besar kemandirian siswa Perihal ini didasarkan pada perhitungan statistik yang sudah dicoba serta bisa dilihat nilai taraf signifikansi pearson corelation sebesar -0,284 serta nilai signifikansi (p) 0,014 (p0,05), sehingga bisa dikatakan kalau hipotesis dalam riset ini diterima. This study aims to see the relationship between parents' overprotective behavior and the independence of students in SMA Negeri 1 Batang Kuis. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling technique, which is a sampling technique used if the researcher has certain considerations in taking the sample with the criteria of class X students who attend SMA Negeri 1 Batang Kuis and have independence. The method used in this research is quantitative. The data collection technique used by the researcher is the over-protective behavior scale and the Independence scale. The data analysis method used in this study is Correlation-Product Moment, the following results are obtained, there is a negative relationship between the overprotective attitude of parents and the independence of SMA Negeri 1 Batang Kuis students until the parents' overprotective attitude continues to become low. and vice versa, the parents' overprotective attitude continues to be low so that students' independence continues to be high. This is based on statistical calculations that have been tried and it can be seen that the Pearson Correlation significance level value is -0.284 and the significance value (p) is 0.014 (p0.05), So it can be said that the hypothesis in this research is accepted.
