Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the type of planting media and natural growth regulators of bean sprout extract on the growth of patchouli cuttings (pogostomon cablin Benth). This research was conducted at Cv Mitra planting, Jalan Madura, Lada village, North Binjai District, Binjai City, North Sumatra Province with an altitude of 22 meters above sea level. This research was conducted from July to September 2021. This study used a Factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) which consisted of two factors, namely: the first factor was the planting medium (top soil, husks, and manure) which consisted of 5 levels of treatment. namely: M0 = control, M1 = top soil (500 gr) + husk (500 gr) + manure (500 gr), M2 = top soil (500 gr) + husk (400 gr) + manure (600 gr), M3 = top soil (500 gr) + husk (300 gr) + manure (700 gr), M4 = top soil (500 gr) + husk (200 gr) + manure (800 gr). The second factor was the ZPT of bean sprout extract, which consisted of 4 levels of treatment, namely: E0 = Control, E1 = 10% bean sprout extract, E2 = 30% bean sprout extract, E3 = 50% bean sprout extract. Thus obtained 20 experimental combinations. Observation variables included: shoot height, number of shoots, number of leaves, root length and root volume. The results showed that the application of the type of planting media and growth regulators of bean sprout extract had a significant effect on shoot height and number of leaves, but did not significantly affect the number of shoots, root length and root volume. Treatment of M2E2 (top soil (500 gr) + husk (400 gr) + manure (600 gr) with a concentration of 30% had the highest average. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Jenis Media Tanam Dan Zat Pengatur Tumbuh Alami Ekstrak Tauge Terhadap Pertumbuhan Stek Tanaman Nilam (pogostomon cablin Benth). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Cv Mitra tanam, jalan Madura kelurahan Lada, Kecamatan Binjai Utara, Kota Binjai Provinsi Sumatera Utara dengan ketinggian 22 mdpl. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai bulan September 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor yaitu: faktor pertama adalah media tanam (tanah top soil, sekam, dan pupuk kandang) yang terdiri dari 5 taraf perlakuan yaitu: M0= kontrol, M1= top soil (500 gr) + sekam (500 gr) + pupuk kandang (500 gr), M2= top soil (500 gr) + sekam (400 gr) + pupuk kandang (600 gr), M3= top soil (500 gr) + sekam (300 gr) + pupuk kandang (700 gr), M4= top soil (500 gr) + sekam (200 gr) + pupuk kandang (800 gr). Faktor kedua adalah ZPT ekstrak tauge yang terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan yaitu: E0= Kontrol, E1= ekstrak tauge 10%, E2= ekstrak tauge 30%, E3= ekstrak tauge 50%. Dengan demikian diperoleh 20 kombinasi percobaan. Variabel pengamatan meliputi: tinggi tunas, jumlah tunas, jumlah daun, panjang akar dan volume akar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aplikasi jenis media tanam dan zat pengatur tumbuh ekstrak tauge berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tunas dan jumlah daun, tapi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah tunas, panjang akar dan volume akar. Perlakuan M2E2 (top soil (500 gr) + sekam (400 gr) + pupuk kandang (600 gr) konsentrasi 30% memiliki rataan tertinggi.
