Pemilihan Supplier Bahan Baku Mebel pada Umkm UD. Andika dengan Menggunakan Metode Analytic Network Process (ANP).

Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan merupakan salah satu hal yang harus dilakukan oleh suatu perusahaan, karena pengambilan keputusan yang tidak tepat akan berakibat pada perusahaan itu sendiri. Salah satunya pengambilan keputusan pada perusahaan adalah pemilihan supplier bahan baku yang tepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi supplier bahan baku yang tepat agar proses produksi berjalan dengan lancar dan efektif. Dimana pemilihan supplier tidak hanya memperhatikan soal harga dan material yang berkualitas, namun juga harus memberikan pelayanan yang optimal seperti pengiriman yang tepat waktu, responsif, dan informasi-informasi seputar bahan baku yang di tawarkan. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam pemilihan supplier ini adalah metode Analytic Network Process (ANP). ANP merupakan teori matematis yang mengijinkan adanya interaksi dan umpan balik untuk mengambil keputusan berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang saling berhubungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di UMKM UD. Andika. Peneliit:ian ini di awali dengan penelitian literatur, wawancara terhadap pihak perusahaan kemudian dilanjutkan memberikan kuesioner terhadap pihak perusahaan dan supplier bahan baku, dimana hasil dari kuesioner tersebut dijadikan sebagai acuan dari penelitian ini. Ada lima supplier bahan baku mebel yang memasok bahan pada UMKM UD. Andika, yaitu Teguh Jaya, Agus Kayu, Jati Bara, KJMB dan Rusman KJ. Setelah dilakukannya perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode ANP dengan bantuan software super decisions, didapatkan basil bahwa rekomendasi supplier bahan baku yang didapat adalah Agus Kayu. Decision making is one of the things that must be done by someone company, because inappropriate decision-making will result in the company itself. One of them is decision making in the company is the selection of the right supplier of raw materials. The purpose of this research is to identify the right supplier of raw materials to process production runs smoothly and effectively. Where supplier selection is not not only pay attention to the matter of price and material quality, but also must provide optimal services such as on-time delivery, responsive, and information about the raw materials on offer. Method which will be used in the selection of this supplier is the Analytic method Network Process (ANP). ANP is a mathematical theory that allows interaction and feedback to make decisions based on interrelated criteria. This research was conducted at UMKM UD. Andika. This research begins with literature research, interviews the company then proceeded to provide questionnaires to the parties companies and raw material suppliers, where are the results of the questionnaire used as a reference for this research. There are five suppliers of furniture raw materials which supplies materials to UMKM UD. Andika, namely Teguh Jaya, Agus Kayu, Jati Bara, KJMB and Rusman KJ. After doing the calculation with using the ANP method with the help of super decisions software, obtained The result is that the recommendation for the supplier of raw materials obtained was Agus Kayu.
