Abstract: Permasalahannya terdapat pada Analisis Gaya Kepemimpinan Wali Nagari Dalam Menangani Kasus Pandemi Covid-19 (Studi Kasus Kenagarian Sungai Aur). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana analisis gaya kepemimpinan Wali Nagari dalam menangani Kasus Pandemi Covid-19? 2) Apa saja hambatan yang dialami oleh seorang Wali Nagari dalam menangani Kasus Pandemi Covid-19?. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian field research atau penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan metode kualitatif. Pada penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisa data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Kepemimpinan Wali Nagari Sungai Aur terbilang sudah mendekati berhasil karena telah memenuhi indikator-indikator kepemimpinan Wali Nagari Sungai Aur yang efektif. Kegiatan evaluasi Bapak Wali Nagari Sungai Aur sudah sesuai dengan tujuan dari evaluasi itu sendiri yaitu untuk mengumpulkan informasi, menentukan nilai dan manfaat dari kegiatan yang dievaluasi, mengontrol, memperbaiki, dan mengambil keputusan mengenai kegiatan tersebut. Dalam kepemimpinan Wali Nagari, terdapat hal-hal yang membentuk kepemimpinan Wali Nagari menjadi tipe birokratis dan demokratis, yaitu adanya faktor budaya, faktor lingkungan, dan faktor regulasi. Dalam mengatasi hambatan yang terjadi pemerintah Wali Nagari melakukan berbagai upaya seperti membentuk satgas dan relawan, membuat peraturan wajib masker, melakukan sosialisasi, himbau dan edukasi terkait Covid-19 The problem is in the analysis of the Wali Nagari Leadership Style in Handling the Covid-19 Pandemic Case (Aur River Kenagarian Case Study). The objectives of this study are: 1) How is the analysis of the leadership style of the Wali Nagari in dealing with the Covid-19 Pandemic Case? 2) What are the obstacles experienced by a Nagari Wali in handling the Covid-19 Pandemic Case?. This type of research is field research or field research with a qualitative method approach. In this study, the data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the leadership of the Wali Nagari Sungai Aur is close to being successful because it has fulfilled the indicators of an effective leadership of the Wali Nagari Sungai Aur. The evaluation activity of Mr. Wali Nagari Sungai Aur was in accordance with the purpose of the evaluation itself, namely to collect information, determine the value and benefits of the activities being evaluated, control, improve, and make decisions regarding these activities. In the leadership of the Wali Nagari, there are things that shape the leadership of the Wali Nagari into a bureaucratic and democratic type, namely the existence of cultural factors, environmental factors, and regulatory factors. In overcoming the obstacles that occurred, the Wali Nagari government made various efforts such as forming a task force and volunteers, making mandatory masks regulations, conducting socialization, appeals and education related to Covid-19
