Pengaruh Entrepreneurial Education Dan Entrepreneur Motivation Terhadap Keputusan Menjadi Seorang Wirausaha Pada Pelaku Umkm Pasar Baru, Titi Rantai, Kecamatan Medan Baru, Kota Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Entrepreneurial Education dan Entrepreneurial Motivation mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Keputusan menjadi seorang wirausaha Pada Pelaku UMKM Pasar Baru, Titi Rantai Kecamatan Medan Baru, Kota Medan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelaku UMKM yang berdomisili di Pasar Baru, Titi Rantai Kecamatan Medan Baru, Kota Medan yang berjumlah 87 orang. Uji instrumen data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Dan pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis model statistik yang terdiri dari uji asumsi klasik, regresi liniear berganda, uji simultan (F), uji parsial (t), dan koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan menggunakan software SPSS (Statistic Product and Services Solution) for windows. Data penelitian bersumber dari data primer dan proses pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara variabel independen yaitu Entrepreneurial Education dan Entrepreneurial Motivation terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Keputusan menjadi seorang wirausaha. Dimana Entrepreneurial Education dan Entrepreneurial Motivation secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan menjadi seorang wirausaha Pada Pelaku UMKM Pasar Baru, Titi Rantai Kecamatan Medan Baru, Kota Medan.. Variabel Independen (Entrepreneurial Education dan Entrepreneurial Motivation) berpengaruh sebesar 32,6% terhadap Variabel Dependen (Keputusan menjadi seorang wirausaha) This study aims to determine whether Entrepreneurial Education and Entrepreneurial Motivation have an influence on the decision to become an entrepreneur at the Pasar Baru MSME Actors, Titi Rantai, Medan Baru District, Medan City. The population used in this study were all MSME actors domiciled in Pasar Baru, Titi Rantai, Medan Baru District, Medan City, amounting to 87 people. The data instrument test in this study was the validity test and the reliability test. And hypothesis testing in this study using statistical model analysis consisting of classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, simultaneous test (F), partial test (t), and coefficient of determination (R2) using SPSS software (Statistical Product and Services Solution). for windows. Research data sourced from primary data and the process of collecting data using a questionnaire. The results showed that there was a relationship between the independent variable, namely Entrepreneurial Education and Entrepreneurial Motivation, on the dependent variable, namely the decision to become an entrepreneur. Where Entrepreneurial Education and Entrepreneurial Motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the decision to become an entrepreneur at MSMEs in Pasar Baru, Titi Rantai, Medan Baru District, Medan City. Independent Variables (Entrepreneurial Education and Entrepreneurial Motivation) have an effect of 32.6% on Variables Dependent (Decision to become an entrepreneur)
