Abstract: UKM Cap Rumah Adat Minang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi keripik. Perusahaan ini menghasilkan produk keripik singkong dengan 6 jenis varian rasa, yaitu keripik balado, original, jagung, cabe ijo, rumput laut, dan barbeque. Perencanaan produksi umumnya dilakukan dengan taksiran berdasarkan peramalan masa lalu. Namun, pada kenyataanya, perusahaan sering dihadapkan permintaan karena volume permintaan tergantung kepada permintaan pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengoptimalkan pemakaian bahan baku, jam kerja, volume produksi dan keuntungan perusahaan. Metode Goal programming potensial untuk digunakan, karena mampu menyelesaikan masalah menjadi optimal dengan tujuan lebih dari satu (multy objective). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemakaian bahan baku singkong pada bulan Juni, Juli dan Agustus 2022 adalah 6.292 kg, 6.452 kg, 6.624 kg. Untuk hasil pengoptimalan pemakaian jam kerja pada bulan Juni, Juli dan Agustus 2022 memiliki sisa jam kerja sebesar 1.154 menit, 866 menit dan 557 menit. Jumlah produksi keripik tiap varian untuk rasa balado, original, jagung, cabe ijo, rumput laut, dan barbeque pada bulan Juni diproduksi sebanyak 1.825, 976, 1.504, 611, 659, dan 717 bungkus. Pada bulan Juli 1.846, 985, 1.551, 646, 681 dan 743 bungkus. Pada bulan Agustus 1.867, 994, 1.602, 686, 705 dan 770 bungkus. Keuntungan yang diperoleh pada bulan Juni, Juli dan Agustus 2022 adalah Rp. 40.656.190, Rp. 41.634.440, dan Rp. 42.683.880. UKM Cap Rumah Adat Minang is a company engaged in the production of chips. This company produces cassava chips with 6 types of flavors, namely balado chips, original, corn, green chilies, seaweed, and barbecue. Production planning is generally done with estimates based on past forecasts. However, in reality, companies are often faced with requests because the volume of requests depends on customer demand. The purpose of this research is to optimize the use of raw materials, working hours, production volume and company profits. The Goal programming method has the potential to be used, because it is able to solve problems optimally with more than one objective (multi-objective). The results showed that the use of cassava raw materials in June, July and August 2022 was 6,292 kg, 6,452 kg, 6,624 kg. The results of optimizing the use of working hours in June, July and August 2022 have remaining working hours of 1,154 minutes, 866 minutes and 557 minutes. The number of chips produced for each variant for balado, original, corn, green chili, seaweed and barbecue flavors in June was produced as many as 1,825, 976, 1,504, 611, 659 and 717 packs. In July 1,846, 985, 1,551, 646, 681 and 743 packs. In August 1,867, 994, 1,602, 686, 705 and 770 packs. The profit earned in June, July and August 2022 is Rp. 40,656,190, Rp. 41,634,440, and Rp. 42,683,880.
