Abstract: UD. Rezeki Baru merupakan usaha dagang yang bergerak dibidang industri makanan berupa keripik ubi. Perusahaan ini memiliki 30 karyawan dibagian produksi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menentukan hasil kinerja karyawan di UD Rezeki Baru dengan mengacu pengukuran kinerja berdasarkan pendekatan Human Resources Scorecard.dan menentukan nilai bobot dan rata-rata indikator performa karyawan dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Human Resources Scorecard (HRSC) yang digunakan mengukur kinerja karyawan. Dalam metode Human Resources Scorecard (HRSC) terdapat 4 prespektif yaitu prespektif Human Resources Competency, perspektif High Performance Work System, perspektif Human Resource Deliverable, dan perspektif Human Resources Efficiency. Dalam perhitungan tingkat pengukuran kinerja karyawan di UD. Rezeki Baru pada penelitian yang dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuisioner didapatkan hasil metode HRSC hasil kuisioner dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas diperoleh Rtabel dinyatakan valid. Hasil pengolahan data penelitian dengan metode Human Resources Scorecard di dapat untuk perspektif Human Resources Competency didapatkan bobot nilai 337 dengan rata-rata 11,23 dimana (tidak memuaskan), perspektif High Performance Work System didapatkan bobot nilai sebesar 205 dengan rata-rata 6,83 dimana (tidak memuaskan), perspektif Human Resource Deliverable didapatkan bobot nilai sebesar 449 dengan rata-rata 14,97 dimana (tidak memuaskan), perspektif Human Resources Efficiency didapatkan bobot nilai 559 dengan rata-rata 19,97 dimana (tidak memuaskan). UD. New Rezeki is a trading business engaged in the food industry in the form of potato chips. The company has 30 employees in the production section. Aim this research is to determine the results of employee performance at UD Rezeki Baru with reference to performance measurement based on the Human Resources approach Scorecard and determine the weight and average value of employee performance indicators in achieving company goals. The method used in this research is the Human Resources Scorecard (HRSC) method used to measure employee performance. In the Human Resources Scorecard (HRSC) method there are 4 perspective, namely the Human Resources Competency perspective, the High perspective Performance Work System, Human Resource Deliverable perspective, and perspective Human Resources Efficiency. In calculating the level of performance measurement employees at UD. New Fortune on research conducted through deployment questionnaire obtained the results of the HRSC method of questionnaire results from the validity test and test the reliability obtained by Rtable is declared valid. Results of research data processing with The Human Resources Scorecard method can be obtained for a Human Resources perspective Competency obtained a weight value of 337 with an average of 11.23 where (no satisfactory), the perspective of High Performance Work System obtained the value weight of 205 with an average of 6.83 where (unsatisfactory), Human perspective Resource Deliverable obtained a value weight of 449 with an average of 14.97 where (unsatisfactory), the Human Resources Efficiency perspective is weighted score 559 with an average of 19.97 where (unsatisfactory).
