Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh karateristik Board Scopes, Karateristik timelines, karateristik anggregation, karateristik integration dan system pengendalian manajemen terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero)Medan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang terdapat pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan sedangkan sampel sebanyak 80 orang manajer dengan menggunkan perhitungan slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan quisioner (angket). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Berganda, Uji Hipotesis (Uji t dan Uji F), dan Koefisien Determinasi. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Sciens) versi 24.00. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara parsial ada pengaruh dan signifikan karakteristik Board Scopes, Karateristik timelines, karateristik anggregation, karateristik integration dan system pengendalian manajemen terhadap kinerja pegawai serta secara simultan ada pengaruh dan signifikan karakteristik Board Scopes, Karateristik timelines, karateristik anggregation, karateristik integration dan system pengendalian manajemen terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Board Scopes characteristics, timelines characteristics, aggregation characteristics, integration characteristics and management control systems on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan either partially or simultaneously. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan while the sample is 80 managers using the slovin calculation. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire (questionnaire). The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, Hypothesis Testing (t Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination. The data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software program version 24.00. The results of this study prove that partially there is a significant and significant effect on the characteristics of Board Scopes, timelines characteristics, aggregation characteristics, integration characteristics and management control systems on employee performance and simultaneously there is a significant and significant effect on Board Scopes characteristics, timelines characteristics, aggregation characteristics, integration characteristics and management control system on employee performance at PT. Nusantara IV Medan Plantation.
