Abstract: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Corporate So-cial Responsibility dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Rokok yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2016-2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yaitu suatu proses menemukan pengetahuan yang menggunakan data berupa angka sebagai alat menganalisis keterangan mengenai apa yang ingin diketahui. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan me-lalui dokumentasi yaitu mengumpulkan,mencatat dan mengkaji data sekunder yang berupa laporan keuangan di audit dan laporan tahunan (annual report) pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor rokok yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016-2020 memanfaatkan media internet melalui www.idx.co.id. Hasil penelitian ini menun-jukkan bahwa R Square 0,388 yang dapat diartikan bahwa Corporate Social Re-sponsibility dan Profitabilitas memiliki sumbangan pengaruh dalam model regresi sebesar 38,8% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 61,2% di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility and Profitability on Firm Value in Cigarette Sub-Sector Manufac-turing Companies Listed on the Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. This type of research is quantitative, which is a process of finding knowledge that uses data in the form of numbers as a tool to analyze information about what you want to know. Data collection in this study was carried out through documentation, namely collecting, recording and reviewing secondary data in the form of audited financial reports and annual reports on cigarette manufacturing sub-sector com-panies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period using internet media via www.idx .co.id. The results of this study indicate that R Square is 0.388 which means that Corporate Social Responsibility and Return On Assets have an influence contribution in the regression model of 38.8% while the re-maining 61.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
