Abstract: Kemasan Autodazzling Interior Cleaner di UKM Autodazzling menggunakan bahan botol plastik yang ringkih sehingga semprotan gampang rusak mudah bocor dan gampang pecah. Informasi lain seperti cara penggunaan, tanggal produksi, dan cara penyimpanan produk tidak ada. Tidak ada ilustrasi atau gambar yang menarik konsumen dan mencirikan dari produk tersebut. Kemasan tersebut dinilai tidak menarik dan mempunyai kualiats tidak baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengahasilkan rancangan kemasan yang inovatif sehingga dapat memberi solusi untuk perbaikan kemasan Autodazzling Interior Cleaner. Theory Of Iventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) merupakan metode penyelesaian masalah secara terstruktur yang mampu membangkitkan ide - ide baru, dengan cara mengeliminir kontradiksi dan menggunakan prinsip-prinsip inovatif yang nantinya akan menghasilkan sebuah solusi yang kreatif. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode lemeshow karena populasi yang tidak diketahui, hasil dari metode tersebut jumlah responden 96,04 dibulatkan menjadi 100 responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode TRIZ, hasil pengolahan data berupa perhitungan dianalisa, dilakukan pemecahan masalah, lalu diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. Hasil penelitian dari rancangan kemasan adalah bahan kemasan botol plastik HPDE, jenis botol yang digunakan botol Kisspray dengan penutup botol spray beserta pengunci Spray. Isi bersih produk 500 ml, ukuran botol 23 cm x 6 cm, bentuk botol adalah botol kisspray, terdapat ilustrasi atau gambar mobil bagian dalam pada kemasan bagian depan. Informasi produk berupa netto, cara pemakain, cara penyimpanan, dan Identitas UKM. The packaging for the Autodazzling Interior Cleaner at UKM Autodazzling uses a fragile plastic bottle so that the spray is easily damaged, leaks easily and breaks easily. Other information such as how to use, production date, and how to store the product is missing. There are no illustrations or pictures that attract consumers and characterize the product. The packaging is considered unattractive and has bad quality. This study aims to produce innovative packaging designs so that they can provide solutions for repairing Autodazzling Interior Cleaner packaging. Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) is a structured problem solving method that is able to generate new ideas, by eliminating contradictions and using innovative principles which will later produce a creative solution. Sampling using the Lemeshow method because the population is unknown, the results of this method are the number of respondents 96.04 rounded up to 100 respondents. Data processing is carried out using the TRIZ method, the results of data processing in the form of calculations are analyzed, problem solving is carried out, then recommendations for improvement are given. The results of the research on packaging design are HPDE plastic bottle packaging materials, the type of bottle used is the Kisspray bottle with a spray bottle cap and a Spray lock. The net content of the product is 500 ml, the size of the bottle is 23 cm x 6 cm, the shape of the bottle is kisspray bottle, there is an illustration or picture of the car inside on the front of the package. Product information in the form of net, how to use, how to store, and UKM Identity.
