Abstract: Perkembangan teknologi menghasilkan sarana yang semakin canggih, yang dapat digunakan sebagai media dalam pengembangan usaha bisnis dan peningkatan standarisasi kualitas produk berorientasi loyalitas pelanggan. Bentuk integrasi teknologi tersebut adalah dalam praktik pemasaran menggunakan strategi digital marketing dan kualitas produk. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Digital Marketing dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan Rsch Clothing Medan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif serta menggunakan metode uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai " Pengaruh Digital Marketing Dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan Rsch Clothing Medan ", hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Besarnya pengaruh koefisien determinasi terhadap variabel loyalitas pelanggan adalah 52,3%, sisanya sebesar 47,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain, sehingga ada kemungkinan variabelvariabel lain yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan Technological developments produce increasingly sophisticated facilities, which can be used as a medium in developing business ventures and increasing product quality standards oriented towards customer loyalty. The form of technology integration is in marketing practices using digital marketing strategies and product quality. This research was conducted to determine the influence of digital marketing and product quality on customer loyality at Rsch Clothing Medan. This research was conducted using descriptive methods using quantitative methods. The sampling technique used in this study using the slovin formula so that the study used a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique and using the t test method. Based on the results of research on " the influence of digital marketing and product quality on customer loyality at Rsch Clothing Medan ", the results show that digital marketing and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyality. The magnitude of the influence of the coefficient of determination on the customer satisfaction variable is 52.3%, the remaining 52.3% is explained by other variables, so there is the possibility of other variables affecting customer loyalit
